It started with a love for the crafting beautiful and functional digital experiences. I soon realized that a great hypothesis and the right insights could lead to even better user experiences while unlocking business value. After optimizing customer acquisition flows, I wanted to help customers move through entire product life cycle with ease. Designing for new levels of human and system complexity required new methodologies. I picked up the tools of design thinking and service design to help inform product and business strategy. Now with over 15 years of experience across design disciplines, I've been a product design manager and lead at multiple top tech companies while driving design strategy to solve complex problems at scale.
